Call for ABSTRACTS

Committee of the 10th Anniversary International Table Tennis Sports
Science Congress would like to inform that, in response to requests received in
the last few days, we are now extending the initial
deadline for sending proposals for our conference until February 15th,

INSTRUCTION
All abstracts should be submitted in English language.
Abstracts for presentation are currently being accepted. Abstract topics are invited on any of the Congress themes or on any of the basic or applied sciences related to the science of table tennis.
Abstracts should be no more than one A4 page in length (unjustified, typed in Times New Roman 12 point font, single spaced) in English. Diagrams and references should be reduced to a minimum with full reference details given alphabetically at the end. Sample abstract layout is available on the Congress Web site. Each submission should be original work that has not been previously published. The scientific committee will review abstracts prior to acceptance. They will be grouped thematically either in free communications or poster sessions, or as related to invited speaker presentations.
All accepted abstracts will be published in the conference proceedings. Consequently manuscripts will be required from those presenters whose abstracts are accepted.
The Secretary of the Congress will acknowledge receipt of proposals in due time. Notification of acceptance or rejection will be made once the Scientific Committee selects the most appropriate proposals. People interested in making a contribution to the Congress should submit the following:
a) A page (on a separate file from the abstract) indicating the first name and surnames of the author/authors, professional data, postal and electronic address, telephone number and fax number (see here PDF or Word format sample). * TITLE * SURNAMES * ADDRESS * NATIONALITY * COUNTRY * TELEPHONE * FAX * AFFILIATION b) A text file in Word format (Times New Roman 12) with the title of the paper and the abstract (400 to 500 words) written in English. The name of the file should include the name of the author. Please bear in mind that papers will be selected on account of the summary or abstract. The 400-500 word abstract should therefore reflect as far as possible the most noteworthy elements of the paper, thereby facilitating the reviewers' task (see here pdf or Word format sample).
